The Partnership

A 12-month strategic thinking partnership for senior leaders.

Two 90-minute sessions per month. Async voice or written exchange between sessions. A relationship built to expand over time, not conclude.

This is not coaching in the way you have probably experienced coaching. There are no worksheets, no frameworks to complete, no homework to submit. There is a conversation that goes where it needs to go, held by someone who can follow you into the commercial complexity and the human truth at the same time, and who will not let you look away from either.
